Karen Berkeley

Karen Berkeley qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has practised exclusively in Irish immigration and nationality law since then.

She has lectured on the Law Society of Ireland’s Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice and was a founding member of the Irish Immigration Lawyers Association in 2021.

Karen is the Principal Solicitor at Berkeley Solicitors, a specialist immigration law firm she established in 2016. She advises on all aspects of Irish immigration, EU Treaty Rights, and citizenship law.
