Patricia Brazil SC

Patricia Brazil LL.B., M.Litt., Ph.D. (TCD), SC was called to the Bar in 2003 and to the Inner Bar in 2023. She has 20 years experience in asylum, immigration and citizenship litigation before all levels of the Irish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. She is also the Averil Deverell Lecturer in Law at the Law School, Trinity College Dublin where she teaches Refugee and Immigration Law.
