The Hon. Ms Justice Niamh Hyland

Ms. Justice Niamh Hyland is a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Ireland. She was formerly a Judge of the High Court of Ireland. She was called to the Bar of Ireland in 1994 and the Inner Bar of Ireland in 2012. She is a CEDR accredited mediator, a member of the Judicial Studies Committee, a member of the Judicial Modernisation Working Group and a Bencher of the Honourable Society of King’s Inns, Dublin. She was formerly a Law Reform Commissioner, a Referendaire at the General Court of the European Union, the Jean Monnet Professor in European Law at Trinity and a Scholar of Trinity College Dublin. Ms. Justice Hyland was educated at Trinity College Dublin, Magdalen College, Oxford, and the Honourable Society of King's Inns, Dublin.
