On the 23rd of January 2026 the Immigration, Asylum & citizen Bar Association held their first CPD of 2026. Lead by Anthony Lowry BL and Callie Nic Rallaigh BL they discussed the diminishing right to an Oral Hearing under the EU migration and asylum pact and procedural implications of an adversarial procedure before the IPAT.
